What we store

Your email address, your wedding details and customisation choices, your orders and payment status, and the files generated for your order.

Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.

Why we store it

To generate your stationery, to let you sign back in and re-download your purchased files, and to send order confirmation and file-ready emails.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Stripe for payments, our hosting and database provider for storing your wedding details and files, and our email provider for order and download emails. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting. Wedding details, uploaded photos and generated files are kept so you can re-download them, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account, uploads and files deleted. Email workbyzithelo@gmail.com and we will action it.
